Product Lead – Trusted Platform Services

Schiphol, Netherlands

32–36 hours per week | Until July 2027

We are seeking an experienced Product Lead to drive the development, operation, and transformation of security-critical platform services, including Privileged Access Management (PAM), Secrets Management, and Certificate Management. This role combines technical leadership, people management, and product ownership to enhance platform maturity, reliability, automation, and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Lead the development and operation of Trusted Platform Services.
• 
  Manage and coach a technical team responsible for PAM, secrets, and certificate platforms.
• 
  Drive the transition from traditional tooling to platform engineering.
• 
  Implement automation, self-service capabilities, and service standardization.
• 
  Ensure platform stability, security, availability, and operational excellence.
• 
  Define and maintain clear service ownership, responsibilities, and governance.
• 
  Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and business-aligned platform services.

Required Experience

• 
  Experience in a Product Lead, Technical Lead, Platform Lead, or similar role.
• 
  Proven leadership experience with direct people management responsibilities.
• 
  Strong background in security, infrastructure, or platform engineering environments.
• 
  Hands-on knowledge of Privileged Access Management (PAM), Secrets Management, and/or Certificate Management solutions.
• 
  Experience with platform engineering principles, automation, self-service, and standardization.
• 
  Strong understanding of enterprise-scale security and platform operations.
