We are currently seeking a Product Lead, reporting directly to Senior Manager - Procurement Product Lead to join our EPC Digital Continuity team based in Nanterre, Paris, France.

About the Role

Technip Energies is seeking an experienced Product Lead (Proxy Product Owner) to drive the vision, strategy, delivery, and continuous evolution of EPC Connect, our global Procurement Digital Platform based on Ivalua SaaS. The Product Lead will be accountable for maximizing business value, driving product adoption, and ensuring alignment with enterprise technology, data governance, and business objectives.

Product Leadership & Operational Ownership

The Product Lead is accountable for the long-term success, adoption, evolution, and operational performance of EPC Connect. The role requires balancing business priorities, user needs, platform capabilities, operational stability, and value realization while ensuring alignment with Procurement and Digital Transformation objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

• Defining and communicating the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Managing and prioritizing the product backlog to maximize business value.
• Driving adoption, user satisfaction, and measurable business outcomes.
• Leading release planning, enhancement prioritization, and continuous improvement.
• Ensuring product KPIs, operational metrics, and value realization targets are achieved.
• Acting as the primary point of accountability for product governance, business alignment, and stakeholder engagement.
• Managing demand intake, product investments, and enhancement portfolios.
• Ensuring service quality, operational stability, support effectiveness, and platform performance.
• Collaborating with Procurement, Digital, Data, Architecture, and Vendor teams to continuously evolve the platform.
• Driving innovation opportunities through new technologies, automation, analytics, and AI capabilities.
• Managing strategic relationships with Ivalua and other technology partners.
• Supporting governance forums, executive reporting, risk management, and decision-making processes.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The successful candidate has an IT or Computer Science Degree and is business-focused Product Leader capable of owning the product strategy, roadmap, operational performance, and value realization of EPC Connect. While not expected to be a technical expert, the candidate should possess sufficient technology, data, and AI awareness to engage effectively with specialists, challenge architectural decisions, evaluate innovation opportunities, and ensure that technology investments deliver measurable business outcomes.

The positioning: 60-70% Product Leadership and Operational Ownership, 20-30% Procurement Expertise, and only 10-20% Technology/Data/AI awareness
