The Product Lead - Product Delivery is responsible for leading the delivery of PLM-related solutions and business capabilities from planning through implementation and adoption. This role partners across technical and business teams to translate needs into practical solutions, support deployment readiness, and strengthen the processes, standards, and documentation that enable successful execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of PLM solutions that support business and operational needs.
- Partner with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, IT, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into deliverable solutions.
- Oversee integration of PLM systems with enterprise applications and related business processes.
- Support deployment activities, including go-live planning, hypercare, data migration, UAT, and user adoption.
- Develop and maintain PLM best practices, standards, documentation, and supporting job aids.
- Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities to improve delivery through PLM technology and change management.
- Track progress, communicate risks and dependencies, and help keep delivery aligned to roadmap priorities.
- Monitor industry trends and recommend practical implementation approaches that strengthen product delivery.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 15+ years of experience in PLM solutions, product delivery, or PLM program leadership.
- Proven track record of successful PLM implementations and delivery of business-facing solutions.
- Experience collaborating with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, IT, program management, and business leadership teams.
- Ability to analyze, prioritize, categorize, and document business needs, use cases, and test plans.
- Experience supporting change management, stakeholder communication, and deployment readiness.
Nice to Have
- Master’s degree.
- Experience leading PLM adoption, go-live, and hypercare activities.
- Experience with CAD Data Management, requirements management, data migration, UAT, or Organizational Change Management.
- Experience mentoring or leading PLM business analysts.
