Job Description


Translation Empire PK is looking for a strategic and results-driven Product Lead to drive the vision, roadmap, and execution of our products. As a Product Lead, you will be responsible for defining product strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of innovative solutions that meet business and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute a clear product roadmap aligned with company goals and market opportunities.

· Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback assessments to identify trends and opportunities.

· Maintain product backlog and attend planning meetings.

· Define and prioritize product features based on business objectives, user needs, and technical feasibility.

· Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to drive product development and adoption.

· Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely and high-quality releases.

· Analyze key performance metrics and user feedback to continuously improve the product and drive growth.

· Advocate for the user experience by understanding customer pain points and translating them into actionable product features.

· Guide and mentor product managers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

· Work with marketing and sales teams to create go-to-market strategies that maximize product adoption and revenue.

· Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

Qualification and Experience:

· 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

· Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

· Strong understanding of software development processes, UX/UI principles, and data analytics tools.

· Strong understanding of Agile development and product backlog management.

· Experience using Jira for product planning and tasks management.

· Ability to translate complex data into actionable product strategies.

· Proven ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey product vision and strategy.

· Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and drive initiatives from concept to completion.

· Passion for understanding user needs and delivering solutions that enhance their experience.

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities
