
The Product Launch Manager will be part of our energy engineering teams responsible for delivering end-to-end hardware products and services to support Tesla Energy and Charging across APAC and China markets. This role focuses on charging hardware and ensures alignment between technical execution, market needs, and operational scalability.
We are seeking someone passionate about solving the climate problem to lead commercial charging product launches. The ideal candidate combines hardware/firmware/software fluency, compliance and regulatory expertise, and the ability to balance country-specific requirements with engineering priorities and customer experience. You'll work across design engineering, software/firmware, compliance, manufacturing, sales, deployment teams, and external stakeholders including fleet operators, charging network operators, and government agencies. Expected Compensation
$112,000 - $204,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
