We are seeking a Process Engineer to join our team.

• Manage the Plant process manufacturing data
• Execute market research on technical innovations relating to processes of competence
• Responsible for purchasing new machinery and/or refurbishing processes
• Provide assistance to machinery and processes within his/her competence
• Support productivity improvements and lean activities
• Develop and train local personnel in regards of plant operations and processes
• Responsible for tracking concerns, managing corresponding countermeasures and communicate with sister plants
• Provide and document manufacturing related training to shop floor employees
• Support local problem-solving activities and provide technical assistance to customer

Requirements:

• Working ability in a manufacturing plant environment
• Mechanical engineer degree preferred
• Proactive and result-oriented
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a Team
• Confident in English (spoken & written)
• Manage assigned projects independently
• Open to travel
• Knowledge of CAD, CREO and industrial programming languages
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Industrial or Automotive environment
