Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Product Label Technician to join our team. This entry-level role supports the development and maintenance of product label specifications across our North American portfolio, ensuring compliance with corporate identity and regional regulations.
Responsibilities
• Maintain and update product labeling processes and specifications.
• Manage label changes of moderate complexity.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external graphics agencies.
• Maintenance of in-house labels using graphic software (as assigned).
• Ensure label briefings are complete before initiating changes.
• Maintain entries in Artwork Database, EPIC, and other systems.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1+ years of experience in Marketing, Advertising, or a related technical apprenticeship. (recent graduates will be considered)
• Experience with InDesign / Illustrator is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
