Could you be the full-time Product Introduction Manager in Bucharest, Romania we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your technical and project management expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and forward-thinking teammates.
You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful introduction of our products to the market, driving reliability growth, and achieving warranty closure. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams across the business (engineering, quality, operations), manage customer interfaces, and ensure compliance with our safety and environmental standards – and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of managing the full Project Warranty Work Package and coordinating field activities, but also capturing field data for continuous improvement.
We’ll look to you for
Ensuring the implementation of Product Introduction (PI) processes and instructions within the project
Managing project-specific PI deliverables and ensuring timely execution
Leading reliability growth initiatives to meet contractual targets
Coordinating field modifications, retrofits, and incident management processes
Ensuring the adequacy of customer infrastructure to support PI activities
Managing and mentoring project-dedicated PI staff
Ensuring compliance with Alstom’s Zero Deviation Plan (AZDP) and customer EHS requirements
Identifying potential additional service sales opportunities during the warranty period

Postgraduate degree in Engineering or Industrial fields (internal graduation is also acceptable)
Internal EHS training
Fluency in English
Over 10 years of experience in project execution (technical/industrial), with more than 5 years in team management
Strong product knowledge and exposure to EHS principles
Data analytics and problem-solving skills
Customer-facing experience and strong field experience
For senior positions: Multi-platform product knowledge and RAM expertise
