The KLA Services team headquartered in Milpitas, CA is our service organization that consists of Service Sales and Marketing, Spares Supply Chain management, Field Operations, Engineering, Product Training, and Technical Support. The KLA Services organization partners with our field teams and customers in all business sectors to maintain the high performance and productivity of our products through a flexible portfolio of services. Our comprehensive services include: proactive management of tools to identify and improve performance; expertise in optics, image processing and motion control with worldwide service engineers, 24/7 technical support teams and knowledge management systems; and an extensive parts network to ensure worldwide availability of parts.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring our advanced systems are installed and operating to the highest standards at customer sites across the region.
Your Impact
As a Product Install Engineer, you’ll be at the forefront of deploying KLA’s PVD, Etch and CVD tools. You’ll collaborate with multicultural teams and travel to some of the most advanced semiconductor fabs in the world. Your work ensures that our tools are installed correctly, validated thoroughly, and ready to deliver value to our customers. In addition to technical expertise, you must be confident in communicating directly with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the process. You will be required to follow and work according to documentedbest knownmethod, and you will have to document the work you perform. The position is based in the Grenoble with travel primarily within Europe.
