Job Description

As Lumera scales across products, markets, and clients, product information becomes increasingly critical. We are therefore establishing a new role: Product Information Lead.

The purpose of this role is to take clear ownership of how product information is defined, governed, produced, and evolved across Lumera - starting with Lumera Core. The goal is to improve customer understanding, internal alignment, and overall product quality by treating product information as a strategic, scalable capability.

What you will do

As Product Information Lead, you will define and lead the Product Information discipline at Lumera. You will establish the direction, structure, and ways of working needed to ensure product information is accurate, consistent, and fit for purpose.

You will:

  • Define and own Lumera’s Product Information strategy

  • Establish frameworks, standards, and governance for product information

  • Ensure quality and consistency across release notes, product guides, onboarding material as well as API and domain documentation

  • Drive the move towards topic‑based, scalable documentation

  • Act as Lumera’s subject‑matter expert for product information

  • Build a shared understanding that high‑quality documentation is part of product success

  • You will also be take an active part in the operational work related to production and publication of product information.

You have a clear mandate to set standards, align teams, and establish product information as a core product capability.

Who you are

  • Strong background in product information, technical documentation, information architecture, or knowledge management

  • Experienced in building structure and governance from scratch

  • A clear communicator who leads through influence

  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, Sharepoint, and modern documentation tooling is a strong plus
