Could you be the full-time Product Industrial Manager in Katowice we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your industrial expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.
You'll play a key role in ensuring the successful industrialization of signalling products developed in Poland. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as production teams, product and program managers, hardware development teams, quality teams, and component engineers), manage industrial processes for electrical products, and contribute to product competitiveness through cost optimization, lead time reduction, and quality improvement.
You’ll specifically take care of managing industrial quality, cost, and delivery during the product lifecycle, but also ensure industrial sustainability and manage risks with cross-functional action plans when required.
We’ll look to you for:
Managing the industrial process for electrical products
Ensuring industrial sustainability of products
Driving cost optimization, lead time reduction, and quality improvement
Supporting DFx (Design for Manufacturing, Testability, Reliability, and Repairability) in the electric hardware development process
Managing product industrialization work packages
Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to meet project goals

Degree in Engineering, preferably Production/Process Engineering, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent
2 to 5 years of experience in industrial management
Knowledge of Industrial Engineering, VSM, Project Management and scheduling, Lean Manufacturing, and New Product Introduction
Desired competencies: teamwork, communication, planning, drive for results, and flexibility
Familiarity with ERP and documentation management systems
Very good English skills, both spoken and written
