Position Title: Product Handler

Position Location: Oconomowoc, WI (Onsite)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST

Reports to: Manager, Configuration Operations

Job Summary

As a Product Handler, you play a critical role in ensuring the smooth flow of products within our organization. The primary responsibility is to kit and fill orders.

Non-Exempt

Essential Functions

• Prepares work site by obtaining and delivering equipment, tools, supplies, and materials.
• Identifies and verifies shipments against purchase orders, receiving new parts into inventory, stages inventory according to company standards, reports inventory variances, and participates in physical inventories.
• Pulls and stages orders from inventory.
• Labels customer assets, including the careful application and recording of asset tags to create critical asset records for our customers.
• Responsible for tracking, monitoring, and providing timely updates and complete documentation for open production work orders to ensure service level standards are met.
• Promotes a culture of continuous improvement through problem solving, preventing defects, and workflow innovation recommendations.
• Participates in regular staff meetings and communicates relevant information.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

• 1-3 years of general labor or customer service experience.
• Valid driver’s license.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
