As a Product Growth & GTM Manager in the Payments Data & Analytics team, you are the external voice and market-facing leader for Cash Flow Intelligence (CFI), our AI-powered cash forecasting and analytics solution within J.P. You collaborate closely with cross-functional teams - including sales, product, UI/UX, data science, and engineering - to grow adoption, deepen client relationships, and turn client intelligence into product value.

Job responsibilities

  • Serves as the external voice and face of CFI, leading executive-level client engagements, demos, seminars, and conferences and delegating and coaching team members to represent the product as the field motion scales
  • Gathers, synthesizes, and channels client intelligence back to product colleagues, translating client asks and market signals into clear product requirements and roadmap priorities
  • Partners with sales teams to drive commercialization and monetization, monitoring adoption, pipeline, and removing barriers to growth
  • Leads and develops a team, setting standards for client engagement, demo excellence, and repeatable go-to-market execution
  • Builds and tracks growth success metrics such as adoption, client engagement quality, win rates, and commercialization outcomes, and communicates rationale and results to senior leadership

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management, go-to-market, product growth, or a relevant client-facing domain area
  • Exceptional public speaking and executive presence, with a proven ability to lead demos, seminars, and senior client conversations
  • Demonstrated live-demo fluency and the "translator" ability to convert client asks into clear, prioritized product features
  • Proven ability to define and execute go-to-market strategy and drive commercial outcomes
  • People leadership experience, with a track record of building and developing high-performing, client-facing teams
  • Experience partnering with sales/commercial teams to grow adoption, pipeline, and monetization
  • Willingness to travel approximately 20% of the time for client engagements, seminars, and conferences

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
  • Familiarity with treasury, cash management, or B2B payments, and how finance teams evaluate and adopt analytics solutions
