As the LOREKA360° Group Product Manager, you are the technical and operational lead for the LOREKA360° product portfolio, including OptiHull, Emissions, Connect, Voyage, and Engine, and their respective product teams, as well as the customer consultancy team (“Human-in-the-loop”).

You translate portfolio strategy (owned by the Head of Product) into clear, executable roadmaps, ensure technical coherence across modules, and drive high‑quality delivery of customer value. Together with the Head of Software Engineering, you form the operational backbone of LOREKA360° product execution. Both roles report to the Head of Product, who owns portfolio vision, commercialization, and long‑term positioning.

A core expectation of this role is to drive an AI‑native way of working across product management and product delivery. You actively leverage AI technologies and agentic working models (e.g. multiple AI agents, automation, and AI‑assisted decision‑making) to shape both:

  • what we build (AI‑enabled product capabilities), and

  • how we build it (AI‑augmented product discovery, prioritization, specification, and execution).

Your responsibilities

1) Product portfolio ownership & execution

  • Own the day-to-day product management of the LOREKA360° portfolio and its modules (i.e., OptiHull, Emissions, Connect, Voyage, Engine)

  • Translate portfolio strategy and objectives (set by the Head of Product) into clear product roadmaps, epics, and priorities

  • Ensure functional and technical consistency across modules to deliver a coherent LOREKA360° platform experience

2) AIdriven product management & way of working

  • Actively drive an AInative way of working within product management and across product teams

  • Leverage AI tools and agentic workflows to improve: product discovery and requirements definition; roadmap planning and prioritization; documentation, specification, and decision support

  • Champion experimentation with AI agents and automation to increase speed, quality, and scalability of product work

  • Ensure AI is embedded not only as a feature, but as a foundational design and execution principle of LOREKA360°

3) Roadmap planning & delivery alignment

  • Lead roadmap planning and backlog prioritization across the LOREKA360° product teams

  • Align product requirements with software engineering, architecture, and delivery capacity

  • Actively manage dependencies, risks, and trade offs across modules and releases

  • Ensure solutions fit the agreed technical architecture and support cross module data integration

4) Technical product leadership & quality

  • Serve as the primary technical product authority for LOREKA360° toward engineering, operations, and internal stakeholders

  • Ensure high quality product specifications, acceptance criteria, and documentation

  • Drive continuous improvement of product quality, usability, and reliability across modules

5) Customer value & requirements translation

  • Work closely with customers, Customer Success, Sales, and internal experts to capture and clarify product requirements

  • Translate customer, regulatory, and operational needs into actionable product features

  • Support customer facing teams with deep product and technical expertise where required

6) Collaboration with Software Engineering & architecture

  • Partner closely with the Head of Software Engineering and engineering teams to align on: technical feasibility and sequencing; architecture and platform evolution; delivery planning and release execution

  • Promote pragmatic, scalable solutions balancing speed, quality, and long term maintainability

7) People leadership & product team development

  • Line manage and develop Product Managers and/or Product Owners within the LOREKA360° portfolio

  • Set clear objectives, priorities, and expectations for product teams

  • Foster a culture of AI enabled productivity, ownership, and continuous improvement

Your background

  • Several years of experience in product management for digital or software driven products, ideally in complex, multi module environments

  • Strong technical understanding of software platforms, data driven products, and system integration

  • Proven affinity for AI technologies and strong motivation to apply AI in both product capabilities and daily product work

  • Hands on experience using AI tools, automation, or agent based approaches to improve effectiveness and decision making

  • Ability to translate strategy into execution and manage multiple parallel initiatives

  • Experience working closely with software engineering teams in Agile environments

  • First experience in people leadership or strong readiness to take on a team leadership role

  • Experience with maritime, industrial, or B2B digital solutions is a strong advantage

  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
