About the Team

We are looking for a motivated ME Leader to strengthen our automotive manufacturing team and take ownership of key production and industrialization projects. In this role, you will lead new product launches, optimize production processes, and ensure that our manufacturing capabilities are aligned with future business needs. You will work on impactful, innovative projects within a highly dynamic environment, collaborating with cross‑functional teams and driving continuous improvement across the entire production unit. What you can look forward to as Product Group I - ME Leader (m/f/d):

• Ensure coverage of planned production volumes with installed capacity for the respective Product Line​
• Ensure optimized equipment utilization​
• Support MaB Process for Series production and future production portfolio ​
• Capacity, floorspace & investment planning and forecast ​
• Capex & Budget Management​
• Conduct machine purchasing process​
• Support standardization of production processes​
• Drive Continuous Improvement Process (CIP)​
• Support DFMA Analysis​, conduct FMEA planning within process engineering​

Your Profile as Product Group I - ME Leader (m/f/d):

• Academic degree in technical field or equivalent ​
• 2+ years of professional experience in a manufacturing environment​
• Good understanding of relevant products & manufacturing processes​
• Advanced skill set to analyze and solve problems, to present topics, run projects and build teams​
• Very good oral and written communication skills​
• Fluent in English​
• Coaching skills​
• Working knowledge of the GDPEP process​
• Project Management skills

Monthly wage from 2 984 € (including basic wage component *, premiums, without bonuses). The salary depends on the qualifications and experience of the candidate.
* base salary according to §62 ods. 2 Zákona č. 5/2004 Z. z. o službách zamestnanosti v znení neskorších predpisov 2 636 €
