Volvo Car Norway AS is looking for a Technical Product Expert to join the Customer Service Operations team. In this role, you will act as a key interface between Volvo Car Norway, Volvo Car Corporation, and our retailer network, helping to resolve technical issues, improve quality, and support strong aftersales performance across the market.
As Product Follow Up Specialist, you will proactively identify, track, and escalate technical issues using relevant systems and work closely with central product engineers and other stakeholders to build and follow up on cases. You will support technical issue resolution, contribute to field actions and new car launches, analyse warranty trends and claim patterns, and ensure that technical and service information is effectively distributed to retailers.

Your work will play an important part in improving product quality, shortening resolution times, and strengthening support to the retailer network.
We believe you have a strong technical background within the automotive industry and a genuine interest in electronics, software, and electric vehicles. You are analytical, structured, and confident working with multiple stakeholders across different organisational levels. You combine technical depth with strong communication and collaboration skills and enjoy working both independently and as part of a wider network.
