Our team of Toyota City Zaventem is looking for a Product Expert (temporary contract). In this role you’ll play a key role in shaping exceptional customer experiences. You guide customers through the most exciting stages of their journey, bringing Toyota and Lexus products to life. Working closely with the Sales Advisors, Service Advisors, and the wider frontline team, you have a direct impact on product knowledge, customer satisfaction, and overall site performance.

What you’ll do

• Provide expert advice on Toyota and Lexus vehicles, accessories, and product related services.
• Inspire customers with your enthusiasm for our brands and technologies.
• Deliver engaging vehicle presentations and clearly explain features and customer benefits.
• Conduct product demonstrations and accompany test drives on behalf of the Sales Advisor.
• Ensure a memorable vehicle handover experience in collaboration with the Sales Advisor.
• Assist with preparation and follow up tasks in the sales process, including customer contact, system entries, documentation, and fleet management.
• Contribute to the design, maintenance, and welcoming atmosphere of the showroom.
• Build, maintain, and share product expertise within the frontline team.
• Support colleagues with ad hoc product related questions.
• Research and prepare product information for internal use and customer events.
• Assist the service team with product related inquiries.
• Coordinate with the parts department for accessories orders.
• Support administrative tasks related to workshop planning and vehicle deliveries.
