Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business processes and design solutions.
• Act as internal consultant and design architect for SAP global solution, working with Business Partners.
• Develop, prototype, test and implement solution improvements to increase stability, usability, and functionality to enable end users to meet business objectives.
• Review and analyze solution enhancement requests to determine complexity and provide resource/cost estimates.
• Responsible for SAP Order to Cash, Devices Equipment and report to ZICC Product Lead or Product Owner.
• Creating and maintaining technical documentation, including design documents, user guides, and release notes.
• Good understanding of SAP ERP/S4HANA systems with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential.
• Engage in continuous performance tuning and reengineering of existing integrations to improve processing efficiency and reduce latency

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Percent of Time
Solution design and implementation, rollouts of SAP Treasury modules.Ensure operational efficiency and meet key performance indicators (KPIs). 40%
Ensure Testing-Quality Assurance, Process Optimization-Automation, Reporting-Analytics and Governance-Compliance 20%
Proficiency in delivering WRICEF objects, ensuring seamless cross-functional integration and efficient integration with external systems for streamlined business processes. 20%
Lead and manage the team, ensuring high performance and alignment with organizational goals. Provide mentorship to team members fostering their growth, skill development, and seamless integration. 20%

ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS
• Interacting with business stakeholders to gather integration requirements, understand business processes, and ensure that integration solutions align with organizational goals and objectives.
• Participate in project planning activities, risk assessment, and scheduling for SAP projects.
• Interacting with external vendors or partners who provide software or services that need to be integrated with SAP systems.
• Work with implementation partners who may be responsible for deploying, configuring, or maintaining integrated solutions within Zoetis IT landscape.
• Coordinate with developers and other members of the development team to implement integration solutions, share knowledge, and address technical challenges.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Education:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in business management, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience:
• 12+ years of combined SAP O2C experience with multiple full life cycle implementations
• Experience in life sciences / pharmaceuticals industry preferred.
• Experience in Service management and warranties required.
• Experience in SAP HANA CS, CRM/Hybris/ is preferred.
• Domain Expertise in Commercial Processes and solutions, Order Management, Services Management, repairs & warranties processes, integration with logistics processes
• Solid grasp of indirect sales processing
• Knowledge and experience with Bio Device, Diagnostics device and service processes andwarehouse management required to support all team leads.
• Experience with GATP, GTS, DMR and Vistex
• Experience with dealing with key integration areas in Planning, Intercompany sales, Finance, and Logistics are fundamental.
• Demonstrated experience of various IT practices, international projects, including but not limited to, project management, operational service delivery, large project implementations.
• Experience participating in complex SAP implementation and migration projects, including S/4HANA transformations.

TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
• Identify, propose, and influence technology solutions to build and maintain the optimal data and infrastructure architecture to support the reporting requirements.
• Experience with configuration of SAP ECC 6.0, CS, and SD modules in several or all of the following areas:
o Master Data, Equipment sales and servicing,
o Material Serial profile, Functional Location and Warranties
o Service Notification and Service Order
o Pricing & Taxation
o Resource Related Billing (RRB)
o Periodic and Milestone billing
o Customer Leasing and integration with Finance
o Demand Planning, IC billing
o Working knowledge of SM/CS integration with CRM tools such as SFDC
o Hands on experience in identifying and working through O2C User Exits and directing
ABAP developers. Ability to debug as needed.

oExtensive experience with configuration of SAP ECC/ S/4. SD modules in several orall the following areas:
Ø Master Data, Customer Hierarchy
Ø Pricing, Vistex, Rebates & Charge backs
Ø Taxation Country specific
Ø Order Management, Services Management
Ø Billing and Account Receivables
Ø Deduction and Collection Management
Ø EDI, API based integrations to 3rd Party Systems and applications.
Ø Batch Management & Serial Number Management

PHYSICAL POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Regular working hours are from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM EST (ICC Second Shift).
Sometimes, more overlap with the EST Time zone is required during production go-live.
