As part of this mission, we are looking for a Product Expert to serve as a key technical authority within one of our product lines.

This role is designed for an experienced multidisciplinary professional who enjoys understanding complex systems, connecting technical details into a complete picture, and driving solutions from concept through implementation. Acting as a bridge between R&D, Service and Application teams, you will play a critical role in ensuring product performance, customer satisfaction, and successful delivery.

Beyond technical excellence, we are looking for someone who can translate deep expertise into shared organizational knowledge, influence without authority and lead cross-functional efforts to resolve complex technical challenges.

Role Responsibilities

What You Will Be Doing

• Serve as a senior technical authority and subject matter expert for multidisciplinary system challenges.
• Define the optimized solution for the customer, which involves system and application performances
• Collect feedback on customer needs and work with software, hardware, and algorithm teams to align the product roadmap.
• Drive root-cause analysis and develop effective end-to-end solutions across system, software, hardware and algorithm domains.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts and support critical customer and field escalations.
• Define and execute validation strategies and effective test plans.
• Maintain a broad system-level perspective throughout the product lifecycle, from project initiation through Alpha and Beta testing.
• Act as a product super-user, mentoring peers and supporting knowledge sharing across the organization.
• Create clear technical documentation and communicate complex topics to diverse stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional task forces and align multiple functions around technical solutions.
• Partner closely with R&D, Application, Service, NPI and Marketing teams to drive successful product outcomes.

Requirements

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Optics or a related discipline.
• 4+ years of multidisciplinary system engineering experience in an advanced technology R&D environment.
• Strong expertise in system operation, performance analysis and troubleshooting.
• Proven analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience leading technical activities across multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to influence and drive results without direct managerial authority.
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
