Our client, a Karachi-based, State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) regulated Electronic Money Institution (EMI), seeks to appoint an experienced professional for the following role.

PRODUCT EXECUTIVE – CONSUMER ACCOUNTS

Job Scope

The Product Executive will support the development, launch, and optimization of the fintech's consumer wallet offerings. This role focuses on assisting in product innovation, user engagement, and strategic partnerships to enhance customer acquisition, retention, and overall satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Development – Assist in defining product requirements and user stories based on business objectives and customer needs. Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of wallet features. Conduct regular testing of products to ensure quality and alignment with requirements.
• User Engagement & Growth – Support strategies to increase wallet adoption and active usage among target customer segments. Leverage data analytics to understand user behaviour and tailor engagement initiatives accordingly. Coordinate with marketing teams to execute campaigns promoting wallet features and benefits.
• Market Research & Analysis – Conduct user research and analyse customer feedback to identify pain points and opportunities. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform product decisions. Prepare reports and insights to support decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
• Cross-functional Collaboration – Communicate effectively with internal teams, including marketing, engineering, and operations, to gather input and share updates. Coordinate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and address feedback.
• Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management – Assist in ensuring all wallet features comply with local regulations and industry standards. Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to address any regulatory concerns and implement necessary controls.

Education

• Minimum 16 years of education, preferably a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field from an HEC-recognized or equivalent foreign institution.

Experience

• Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in product management or business analysis
• Fintech experience is a plus

Requirements

• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including designers and developers.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Basic understanding of payment systems and APIs.
• Basic understanding of UX/UI principles.
• Knowledge of data analysis tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with a collaborative mindset.

Age

• The candidate should preferably be not more than 33 years of age as of the last date of submission of application.
