Knape & Vogt is seeking a Product Engineering Support Technician to join our team and provide comprehensive product engineering support from the initial concept phase through the end of the product lifecycle. This position plays a crucial role in sustaining technical support for all assigned product lines and types. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and performance meet organizational standards and customer expectations. What You Will Get To Do:

  • Maintain product data management records (drawings, BOMs etc.) through the entire product life cycle
  • Generate effective written and oral communication to support, execute and document project activities using existing procedures and systems
  • Provide product technical support to operations to ensure product is fabricated and assembled based on the intended functionality of the design customer requirements
  • Provide support to Customer Service, Sales and Product Manager
  • Support cost savings initiatives and ensure all exiting product requirements are met

What You Will Bring

  • Work Experience 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with exposure to engineering processes
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED
  • Computer Skills: Intermediate skills in MS Office and the ability to learn an ERP system
