We’re looking for a Product Engineer (Modern Work) to join our Microsoft Practice and help shape the future of our Modern Work managed services.

You’ll turn ideas into secure, scalable and repeatable solutions, using automation and innovative tooling to improve how we deliver for our customers.

Working with the latest Microsoft technologies, you’ll take new services from concept to launch, test emerging capabilities and help influence our Modern Work roadmap.

What You’ll Be Doing;

  • Build and continuously improve scalable Modern Work managed services, from concept through to launch.
  • Create automation, reusable tooling and service accelerators to improve customer onboarding and delivery.
  • Develop repeatable solutions across Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Purview, Windows 365 and Microsoft 365 Copilot.
  • Build configuration-as-code, reporting and monitoring capabilities using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph.
  • Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines, source control and secure release processes.
  • Test emerging Microsoft technologies, develop proofs of concept and support the successful handover of new services into operational teams.

We want to hear from you if you

  • Experience in product, DevOps, cloud or automation engineering within an MSP, consultancy or Microsoft Partner environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, identity, endpoint management, security and compliance technologies.
  • Experience building, automating or improving managed services and repeatable technology solutions.
  • Strong PowerShell or scripting skills, with experience of Microsoft Graph, CI/CD and source control.
  • A good understanding of secure engineering principles, including least privilege, secrets management and governance.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical requirements into secure, scalable and well-documented solutions.
