Job Description

, Responsibilities and Expectations:

  • Review DFM, FMEA, MIL with R&D and ODM at NPI stage, drive ODM to optimize design for manufacturing.
  • Hold DVT exit meeting to ensure all design and process issues are closed before moving forward to PVT.
  • Conducts periodic reviews to ensure NPI project is on track. Close communication with R&D team, US PE, China PE to ensure all information of NPI stage are aligned and no gap.
  • Assess, analyze, consolidate, and communicate risks and status clearly and succinctly.
  • Review testing plan and SOP to ensure key parameters of testing and manufacturing are correctly deployed at ODM.
  • Review web comments, RMA returns to drive ODM to implement improvements.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • BS Degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, Quality Assurance or equivalent
  • 5 to 8 years in Product Engineering or Quality experience
  • Professional Experience in consumer electronics or product manufacturing.
  • Experience with Project Management is a plus.
  • Excellent English verbal and Written skills
  • Understand of HID or Headsets product is a plus
