Product Engineer (Frontend Focus)

Location: San Francisco, CA (Hybrid, 3+ days/week onsite)
Company Stage of Funding: Series A/B ($30M+ raised)

What You Will Do

• Build highly polished customer-facing interfaces using React and Next.js
• Own full-stack feature development across frontend and backend systems
• Spend ~70% of time on frontend product engineering
• Build user-facing experiences for compliance training and behavioral interventions
• Develop real-time notification experiences across messaging platforms
• Design and evolve GraphQL schema integrations
• Improve frontend/backend data loading performance
• Own product features end-to-end from architecture through production
• Work directly with product thinking, not just implementation
• Collaborate closely with PM and engineering leadership
• Gather user feedback and iterate rapidly
• Ship production-quality features quickly
• Raise frontend engineering standards through mentorship and code review
• Influence product direction through engineering judgment

Ideal Candidate Background

• 4–8 years of software engineering experience
• Strong frontend product engineering depth
• Full-stack engineering capability
• Deep React / TypeScript expertise
