Will also led 3 sourcing teams at Meta, focused on senior AI/ML engineers across Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and Reality Labs. Earlier in his career, he supported companies like Tesla, SpaceX, Fanatics, and CAA as a recruiter in the staffing world.
