Job Description
About the company
Our client is a fast-growing software company.
The role
Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Take ownership of a product area from start to finish, deciding what to build based on customer input and shipping it quickly. Build integrations that link outside data sources to a larger platform, with a lot of independence and occasional collaboration across other engineering groups.
What you'll do
- Gather and prioritize customer feedback and usage signals, then ship the resulting work to production.
- Build and release new integrations with third-party data providers.
- Decide on the right approach behind each customer request instead of simply implementing it as asked.
- Own the product area from start to finish with considerable independence.
- Coordinate with other engineering teams whose work overlaps with yours.

- Background in TypeScript and Node.js.
- Comfort talking directly with customers.
- Ability to work on-site five days a week in San Francisco, CA or Toronto, ON.
- Authorization to work in the United States or Canada.

- A computer science degree is a plus but not required.
