This is a remote position. We’re looking for an engineer who loves rapidly prototyping solutions, bridging the gap between business needs and technology in a fast-paced, iterative environment. What you will do: Leverage AI-powered tools like Claude Code, Cursor, and similar agentic coding environments to rapidly prototype solutions that help define and refine business requirements Directly interact with clients/users to understand their problems and design solutions based on them alongside the Tech Lead Collaborate with a cross-functional team of engineers, product managers, designers, and other members of the team to create cutting-edge solutions Meticulously test deliverables to ensure it works according to the requirements, with good UX and performance Create solid documentation to support your features and tests Work closely with the tech lead to align on architecture decisions, priorities, and technical direction Requirements Experience building and shipping real software used by real people in production environments Proficiency with modern web technologies for frontend and backend Proficiency with relational databases like MySQL and Postgres Experience with documenting requirements and technical specifications for the features you work on Have demonstrated prompt engineering skills and experience working effectively with LLMs Have exceptional written and verbal English skills, with a strong ability to articulate complex business problems clearly and concisely Excel in driving alignment in group settings even when opinions diverge Consider yourself a generalist and are comfortable wearing multiple hats at your job Are excited about using cutting edge AI tools to improve quality and efficiency in your workflow Are excited to work and collaborate remotely Thrive in a fast-paced environment with evolving requirements and priorities Are interested in growing into the position of a Tech Lead

Ben has extensive experience with customer data analytics, data cleansing, customer identification, customer preference management, call center and logistical systems. He also has deep industry expertise in loyalty marketing applications and was directly responsible for the infrastructure of the loyalty program of a leading hotel group.
