To innovate and develop new concepts and technologies for the next generation of products.
1. Collate market insights and research findings into product proposals, specifications and designs
2. Create prototypes and initiate testing, reporting on findings to inform further product development and improve testing practices.
3. Collect and analyse data sets to create meaningful reports
4. Continuously review and ensure processes and products meet the necessary legislatory and regulatory guidelines, that quality and safety standards are constantly upheld and all documentation is properly registered.
5. Collaborate with other departments to gain broader perspectives and also to support with technical information on products
6. Keep up to date with scientific and technological innovations both within and outside own field of expertise.
