Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and optimize the resources of the product engineering area to achieve the set objectives.
  • Ensure the approval of new materials, the production of samples, the standardization of materials, processes, and specifications, etc.
  • Coordinate the use of technical manufacturing documentation (cable plans, components, customer standards, international standards) from creation to archiving or final destruction.
  • Plan, organize, direct and control product engineering activities as well as product development approvals, productivity and the launch of new products and new modifications.
  • Monitor manufacturing stations and modifications as well as planning and producing prototypes, samples, spares, and the start of the series.
  • Establish systems for standardization, logic, and optimization of work in your area (product analysis, BOM, APD time, etc.).
  • Collaborate with other areas of the engineering departments, other departments, and other units of the Company.
  • Ensure the completion of the projects for which he is responsible.
  • Provide the necessary support and assistance to their team in carrying out the tasks that fall within their responsibilities.
  • Ensure the application of company standards and policies in the area for which he is responsible.

Experience Requirements

  • Bac+5 with 3 years’ experience working in wiring activity especially in process assembly.
  • Ownership & independence of mind, Analytical, methodical, and organized
  • Very good writing and communication skills
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office
  • Proficiency in both English & French languages, spoken and written
