Product Engineer

Location: Remote / Hybrid

Salary: $200K – $220K Base + Bonus + Equity

What You Will Do

• Build and ship AI-powered product experiences across web and mobile applications
• Develop full-stack features using React, React Native, TypeScript, Python, and Postgres
• Partner closely with AI teams to integrate LLM-powered workflows and conversational interfaces into user-facing products
• Own features end-to-end across frontend experiences and backend APIs
• Create highly polished user experiences for AI-powered healthcare navigation and support tools
• Build real-time streaming chat interfaces and interactive AI-driven experiences
• Develop personalized health engagement systems including notifications, workflows, and preventative care modules
• Ensure product quality, scalability, and reliability across all member-facing systems
• Contribute to product direction, engineering standards, and fast-paced feature iteration cycles

Ideal Background

• Strong experience building and shipping high-quality full-stack consumer applications
• Proficiency with Python, Postgres, TypeScript, React, and/or React Native
• Product-minded engineer with strong user experience intuition and attention to detail
• Experience owning 0→1 product development in fast-moving startup environments
• Strong track record of shipping customer-facing features from concept through launch
• Excitement around integrating LLMs and AI-native workflows into production applications
• Comfortable working across frontend, backend, APIs, and infrastructure layers
• Strong engineering fundamentals with a high bar for code quality and maintainability
• Familiarity with modern AI-assisted development workflows and tools
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally

Preferred

• Experience in healthcare, fintech, or other regulated industries
• Strong design sensibility and frontend/UI craftsmanship
• Experience building conversational interfaces or AI-powered product experiences
• Familiarity with real-time systems and streaming interfaces
• Prior startup or high-growth environment experience
