Job Description

The Product Engineer is responsible for the introduction of new products and processes into mass production, managing the test process, reducing cost and scrap, improving production yield, throughput, and quality.

To support simracing products.

, Responsibilities, and Expectations:

• Work closely with the R&D team, US PE, China PE, and Quality teams to ensure the new product is easy to manufacture

• Drives manufacturing improvements through inline defects, repair, and RMA returns
• Reports and drives supplier quality, in-process quality control, and outgoing quality issues promptly

• Ensure factory capacity (equipment, material, and workforce) is in place to meet Corsair demand and resolve issues in a timely manner.

• Ensures resources are in place to react to low-yield events in real time once in the MP phase

• Further improve the production efficiency by reducing the cycle time

• Located in the Shenzhen area to visit suppliers daily

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, Quality Assurance or equivalent

• Very good understanding of consumer electronics as a requirement, sim racing product is a plus

• Product Engineering or Quality experience of at least five years

• Excellent English verbal and Written skills
