Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth workflow, timely delivery of technical information, and efficient project execution
Guarantee high-quality technical drawings that meet KRONUS standards and customer requirements
Prepare accurate product cost calculations, enabling sales managers to deliver faster and more precise offers
Ensure cost‑efficient material processing routes and optimal engineering solutions for packaging products
Maintain and improve product functionality and quality, contributing to customer satisfaction
Proactively propose engineering improvements and alternative solutions where needed
Higher education in engineering or a related technical field
2–3 years of experience in production, preferably in wood processing, pallets, packaging, logistics, or manufacturing
SolidWorks skills: creating and modifying technical drawings, 3D models, and packaging design solutions
Communicate confidently in English and Latvian, other languages will be great advantage*
Demonstrate attention to detail, analytical thinking, responsibility, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently and make decisions
