Build full-stack product features end-to-end
Design intuitive workflows for financial users
Build APIs powering integrations across external systems
Develop ingestion pipelines for unstructured financial data
Build secure knowledge systems for sensitive enterprise data
Work directly with customers to identify workflow pain points
Ship product improvements rapidly based on user feedback
Build reliable LLM-powered product workflows
Design evaluation systems for AI reliability
Build scalable backend services
Improve platform performance and system reliability
Help define product architecture from the ground up
Raise engineering quality across the organization
2–8 years of software engineering experience
Strong full-stack product engineering experience
Production experience with React + TypeScript
Backend depth in Python or Node.js
Experience shipping customer-facing products
Strong product intuition
Experience building scalable APIs and data models
Fast execution velocity
Comfortable working directly with customers
Strong ownership mindset
Willing to work fully onsite in SF or NYC
