To support our extraordinary teams that build great products and contribute to our growth, we are looking to add a Product Engineer located in Aguascalientes

Reporting to the PCBA Process Engineer, the role involves the responsibility of receiving, analyzing, cleaning, and customizing all technical information/documentation from the customer related to their product, derived from a New Product Introduction (NPI) or a design change, in order to establish all necessary processes to manufacture it while maintaining its design and performance integrity.

What a typical day looks like:

• Management and implementation of bills of materials.
• Management and implementation of engineering changes.
• Definition of manufacturing process routes.
• Technical support to the CFTs (customer work teams).
• Management and control of product drawings and specifications.
• Participate in cost reduction activities in areas such as material, inventory, and waste reduction.
• Provide training to debug technicians and develop better product knowledge.
• Technical support in the establishment of variables to control, optimize, and evaluate processes and operations.

The experience we are looking to add to our team:

• Bachelor’s degree or engineering degree completed.
• Experience in the industrial field (as a plus).
• Experience in a similar position within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in product lifecycle management systems (Agile).
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, BAAN, Flexflow) desirable.
• Advanced English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Experience in ECO implementation.
• Knowledge in creation and reading of bills of materials.
• Office suite proficiency.

• Organized and detail‑oriented.
