1. Responsible for communicating requirements and maintaining relationships with product teams from Xiaomi's ecosystem and other emerging brands (e.g., Li Auto, Xpeng), accurately interpreting and translating product requirements
2. Independently lead requirement analysis, product definition, and functional specification writing for automotive floor mats and related interior products based on market research, competitive analysis, user insights, and vehicle positioning
3. Collaborate with internal R&D, design, business development, project management, and production teams to drive end-to-end product realization from concept to mass production.
4. Continuously monitor automotive market trends, floor mat industry developments, and aftermarket dynamics; conduct in-depth analysis of competitor strategies, technological shifts, and evolving user needs.
5. Conduct thorough research on target clients' (Xiaomi/Li Auto/XPeng, etc.) vehicle roadmaps, brand positioning, and user personas to deliver forward-looking product planning recommendations.
6. Regularly produce insightful market and competitive analysis reports, providing robust data and strategic support for product decisions, iterations, and client proposals
7. Align with company strategy to plan and drive the expansion and implementation of automotive floor mat products across e-commerce and new retail channels
1. Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Industrial Design, Automotive Engineering, Materials Science, Marketing, or related fields
2. 3+ years of relevant experience as a Product Manager; candidates with background in automotive interior components, premium accessories, or the automotive aftermarket industry preferred
3. Proficient in end-to-end product lifecycle management from concept to launch, with exceptional skills in market analysis, competitive research, commercial documentation, and project execution
4. Experience collaborating directly with OEMs or ecosystem partners (e.g., Xiaomi ecosystem) preferred
5. E-commerce mindset and user insight, with sensitivity to online consumer behavior and marketing trends
