Job Description

, Responsibilities, and Expectations:

  • Work closely with R&D team, US PE, China PE, and Quality teams to ensure the new product is easy to manufacture
  • Drives manufacturing improvements through inline defects, repair and RMA returns
    • Reports and drives supplier quality, in-process quality control and outgoing quality issues in a timely matter
  • Ensure factory capacity (equipment, material and workforce) is in place to meet Corsair demand and resolve issue in a timely manner.
  • Ensures resources are in place to react to low yield events in real time once in MP phase
  • Further improve the production efficiency by reducing the cycle time
  • Locate in Shenzhen area to daily visit suppliers

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, Quality Assurance or equivalent
  • Very good understanding of consumer electronics as a requirement, sim racing product is a plus
  • Product Engineering or Quality experience at least five year
  • Excellent English verbal and Written skills
