As a Senior Consultant in our Tax Technology Consulting team, you will work as the Product & Engagement Lead for our AI platform used across professional services.

You will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and engineering, owning the product roadmap, backlog, and stakeholder engagement across all service lines. You will translate complex business needs into actionable technical requirements, manage competing priorities, and ensure the engineering team builds what matters most.

This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology and business — enabling an AI platform to serve professional services at scale.

#KeyResponsibilities

• Own and maintain the product roadmap and backlog, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
• Translate business needs from service lines into clear, prioritized, and testable technical requirements.
• Lead regular stakeholder updates to leadership and service line heads.
• Define onboarding processes and service-level frameworks for platform users.
• Schedule and lead business meetings, workshops, product demos, and roadmap reviews.
• Establish and maintain usage analytics, adoption metrics, and ROI reporting for leadership.
• Work closely with the Tech Lead to prioritize R&D investment, balancing innovation with delivery commitments.
• Filter, prioritize, and sequence work so the engineering team receives clean, estimated, and actionable tasks.
• Manage and mentor the Service Line Engagement Analyst.

To qualify for the role, you must have:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or software management.
• Proven experience with requirements analysis, user story writing, and backlog management.
• Hands-on proficiency with backlog and project management tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, or equivalent).
• Demonstrated stakeholder management skills across seniority levels.
• Strong workshop facilitation and presentation skills.
• Solid understanding of platform product lifecycle.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Structured, analytical thinking — ability to translate ambiguous business needs into concrete, prioritized actions.

• Experience in professional services environments.

• Professional working proficiency in Italian (written and spoken).
• Familiarity with AI/ML product capabilities.
• Multi-country stakeholder management experience.
• Understanding of tax, legal, or advisory professional practices.

• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) in a fast-paced engineering context.
• Familiarity with agile product delivery in platform or SaaS environments.
