LPL Financial is seeking a Product Enablement Manager to support the Cash Management organization, including Move Money, Payments, Transfers, and related capabilities. This role is responsible for enabling operational excellence across the product organization by supporting execution, maintaining process discipline, tracking performance metrics, and facilitating advisor and stakeholder feedback.

The Product Enablement Manager partners closely with Product Managers, Program Leaders, Scrum Teams, and business stakeholders to drive transparency, accountability, and consistency across the product lifecycle. This role supports planning, reporting, governance, and operational processes that help ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Product Operations & Execution Support

  • Partner with Product Managers, Program Leaders, and Scrum Teams to support the execution of key initiatives.

  • Maintain and update product management artifacts, including roadmaps, status reports, and dependency trackers.

  • Support backlog management and promote consistent utilization of Agile tools and processes.

  • Assist with capacity planning, resource tracking, and operational coordination across product teams.

Reporting & Performance Management

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), delivery metrics, and operational results.

  • Develop reporting and performance insights that support decision-making and organizational transparency.

  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement through data analysis and reporting activities.

Advisor & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Support the collection, tracking, and follow-up of advisor and stakeholder feedback.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure feedback is evaluated and incorporated into planning and prioritization activities.

  • Maintain visibility into customer and advisor experience trends to support product improvement efforts.

Governance & Compliance Support

  • Support audit readiness activities and maintain product-related documentation as required.

  • Assist with governance processes, reporting requirements, and compliance-related activities.

  • Ensure product documentation is complete, accurate, and maintained in accordance with established standards.

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to improve operational processes, reporting capabilities, and team efficiency.

  • Support the implementation of process enhancements that improve execution quality and organizational effectiveness.

  • Contribute to the development of repeatable and scalable product operating practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in product operations, product management support, program management, consulting, or a related function within financial services.

  • Experience supporting Agile product delivery teams and product lifecycle management activities.

  • Experience using project and work management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.

  • Experience developing, maintaining, or analyzing operational metrics, KPIs, dashboards, or reporting.

  • Experience supporting resource planning, operational planning, or portfolio management activities.

Pay Range:

$109,283.00 - $182,104.00


Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
