Join the JPMorgan Chase Wealth Management team, dedicated to helping investors achieve their long-term financial goals. Our business includes Chase Wealth Management, J.P. Morgan Advisors, Personal Advisors, and our Self-Directed digital investing platform, managing approximately $1.3 trillion in assets with around 6,000 advisors.

As an Executive Director within J.P. Morgan Wealth Management, you build industry leading products for our clients and advisors. As a leader on the team, you leverage your skillset to transform product delivery and create new ways for teams to continuously deliver value to their customers. Mentor a dedicated team and lead key activities across the product life cycle, turning challenges into opportunities for continuous value and delivery. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and data analytics, to deliver meaningful enhancements to your customers. You will leverage your analytical skills to identify opportunities for improvement and implement innovative solutions.

Job responsibilities

  • Oversee the product roadmap, vision, development, execution, risk management, and business growth targets
  • Lead the entire product life cycle through planning, execution, and future development by continuously adapting, developing new products and methodologies, managing risks, and achieving business targets like cost, features, reusability, and reliability to support growth
  • Coach and mentor the product team on best practices, such as solution generation, market research, storyboarding, mind-mapping, prototyping methods, product adoption strategies, and product delivery
  • Own product performance and invest in enhancements to achieve business objectives
  • Monitor market trends, conduct competitive analysis, and identify opportunities for product differentiation
  • Define and execute the end-to-end product strategy, leveraging advanced analytics and optimization
  • Champion a culture of innovation and continuous improvement by designing, implementing, and optimizing workforce planning products and processes
  • Ensure data quality, governance, and security standards are maintained across all platforms
  • Present strategic recommendations and insights to executive leadership, influencing decision-making at the highest levels
  • Use AI-assisted approaches to accelerate requirement exploration, impact analysis, and backlog refinement.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 10+ years of experience or equivalent expertise delivering products, projects, or technology applications
  • Proven ability to influence the adoption of key product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
  • Experience driving change within organizations and managing stakeholders across multiple functions
  • Proven leadership experience (10+ years) in product management roles at large, complex organizations, including leading cross-functional teams and driving large-scale transformation initiatives
  • Strong executive communication and narrative skills, with a proven ability to engage and influence senior technical and business leaders
  • Proven ability to deliver measurable business results through workforce optimization, supported by strong strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience leading high-performing teams and managing talent development
  • Use AI-assisted approaches to accelerate requirement exploration, impact analysis, and backlog refinement.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Wealth Management or Online Investing background strongly preferred
