Core Responsibilities
AsPrincipalProduct Manager for Talent, you will lead the product strategy for a critical part of our people ecosystem. Your scope spans the digital products, workflows and experiences that support how we attract,hireand develop talent. You will work across strategy and execution, shaping priorities, influencing seniorstakeholdersand driving product decisions that deliver measurable value.
Define and drive product strategy across the talent domain, setting a clear long-term direction for your product area and aligning priorities to business and people goals.
Identifyopportunities to simplify and redesign existing talent journeys using AI to improve experience,speedand effectiveness.
Turn strategy into execution by shaping priorities, making trade-offs and guiding delivery across the product roadmap.
Work closely with colleagues,managersand People teams to translate business priorities and user needs into product opportunities that deliver measurable value.
Balance business demand, user needs, technicalconstraintsand strategic goals to make clear prioritisation decisions in a complex environment.
Influence senior stakeholders across People, Product and Technology, using clear communication and strong judgement to align priorities and decisions without direct authority.
Raise the quality of product thinking across the domain by modelling strong product practice, bringing structure to ambiguity and helping others work in a more outcome-led way.
Use research and data to shape decisions and define success measures for your product area
Build strong working relationships across engineering, design and business teams, resolving issues and maintaining momentum across delivery.
Stay current on market trends, vendorcapabilityand emerging technology to inform product direction and investment choices

You willlead through influenceacross the talent product space, working closely with engineering,designandour People, Places and Culture colleaguestoscalable, high-value solutions. Success in this role depends on strong cross-functionalcollaboration, sharpprioritizationand the ability to align diverse stakeholders around a clear product direction.
Do you have what it takes?
We are looking for a product leader with experience in complex enterprise environments, ideally within talent,HRor adjacent people-related domains. You will havea track recordof defining product direction, navigatingambiguityand delivering products that improve user experience and business performance.

Experience setting product vision, shapingroadmapsand making prioritisation decisions that balance user needs, businessvalueand technical considerations.
Previousexperience moving products beyond incremental improvement to reimagine end-to-end journeys, using technology,automationand AI whereappropriate toimprove speed,qualityand user experience.
Deep knowledge of the HR technology vendor landscape, in particular Workday and other related people technology platforms.
Proven ability to lead in ambiguity, creating clarity, direction and momentum in complex organisational settings.
Strong communicationskills, with the ability to translate complexity into clear decisions,prioritiesand narratives for different audiences.
Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and build alignment around product decisions without direct authority.
Commandofmodern product management practices and systems, and experience working effectively in product-led delivery environments.
