As a Product Director, Solutions Engineering in the Fusion Customer Success team in the Chief Data and Analytics Office at JPMorganChase, you will lead a small group of engineers to help clients adopt Fusion end to end. You will work directly with Line of Business technologists to understand their commercial goals and co-design solutions using Fusion components. You will develop, document, and roadshow common solutions (“paved paths”) to accelerate Fusion adoption. This role combines hands-on technical work with people management, offering the chance to shape both team culture and platform strategy.
