As a Product Director in Channels Enablement, you lead innovation through the development of products and features that delight customers. As a leader on the team, you leverage your advanced capabilities to challenge traditional approaches, remove barriers to success, and foster a culture of continuous innovation that helps inspire cross-functional teams create groundbreaking solutions that address customer needs.
Job responsibilities

  • Oversees the product roadmap, vision, development, execution, risk management, and business growth targets
  • Leads the entire product life cycle through planning, execution, and future development by continuously adapting, developing new products and methodologies, managing risks, and achieving business targets like cost, features, reusability, and reliability to support growth
  • Lead, mentor, and scale a 15–20 person product team; establish clear roles, decision rights, performance expectations, and a strong product operating cadence.
  • Own the roadmap for AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) capabilities (authoring workflows, templates, component model, content governance, publishing processes, integration patterns, and platform self-service).
  • Partner with Engineering, Design, Data and Architecture to create reusable platform patterns that accelerate delivery (reference implementations, shared components, guardrails, and documentation).
  • Drive the development and adoption of an enterprise design system (tokens, components, accessibility standards, governance, contribution model) integrated into the content ecosystem.
  • Establish KPIs that show platform value and guide prioritization (adoption, time-to-publish, content reuse, UX consistency, accessibility compliance, reliability, and internal user satisfaction).
  • Balance modernization, operational excellence, and feature delivery; manage tradeoffs transparently with senior stakeholders.
  • Embed governance and risk requirements into the platform in a way that reduces friction for delivery teams (approvals, auditability, retention, security/privacy considerations).
  • Build strong client relationships across the Firm with senior stakeholders, serving as strategic partner and subject matter expert.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 8+ years of experience or equivalent expertise delivering products, projects, or technology applications
  • Extensive knowledge of the product development life cycle, technical design, and data analytics
  • Proven ability to influence the adoption of key product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
  • Experience driving change within organizations and managing stakeholders across multiple functions
  • Extensive experience in leadership roles in Product Management, owning strategy, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.
  • Proven experience managing and coaching a 15–20 person product team (including developing managers/leads and driving high performance).
  • Deep experience with enterprise content management and the platforms that support it (workflow, metadata/taxonomy, governance, publishing, integrations).
  • Enterprise-scale product leadership experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) (implementation strategy, operating model, adoption, and scaling).
  • Demonstrated success building and scaling design systems for large enterprises, including governance and adoption strategies.
  • Strong executive communication and cross-functional leadership skills.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Recognized thought leader within a related field
  • Experience running platform products serving many internal teams (multi-LOB, federated delivery).
  • Experience with modernization and migration programs (consolidation, deprecation, change management).
  • Background in regulated environments with strong controls (accessibility, risk, security, auditability).
