Job Description

Lead analytics strategy and delivery for ChaseNet, turning payment data into insights that improve client outcomes and profitability.

Help shape how merchants understand and improve payment performance using analytics that are built for scale. In this role, you’ll lead the strategy and delivery of ChaseNet Analytics—translating complex data into clear insights for clients and senior leaders. You’ll influence product direction by connecting analytics to revenue, cost, and profitability drivers. You’ll partner closely with product, engineering, data, and finance teams to deliver high-impact capabilities. As a Product Director in ChaseNet Analytics, you will own the product strategy, roadmap, and delivery of analytics capabilities that help merchant clients and internal stakeholders understand payment performance and help optimize product revenue and profitability. You will translate complex datasets into executive-ready narratives and insights, and you’ll bring a confident, client-facing presence to influence decisions and outcomes.

Job responsibilities

  • Define and execute a multi-quarter product roadmap aligned to business objectives, client needs, and platform scalability
  • Translate complex datasets into clear narratives and executive-ready insights
  • Present analytics insights confidently to merchant clients and senior internal stakeholders
  • Build and maintain reporting on economics (revenue, costs, and profitability drivers)
  • Develop tooling to identify pricing and repricing opportunities and quantify trade-offs
  • Monitor network and fee changes and ensure value-generation tools accurately quantify client savings and benefits
  • Partner with product, engineering, data, and finance to support product expansion, value-added services, and business cases
  • Co-lead pricing and repricing discussions with finance partners, providing data-driven recommendations
  • Set direction for intuitive analytical user experiences, dashboards, and visual storytelling patterns
  • Drive alignment across stakeholders by prioritizing effectively, managing trade-offs, and communicating decisions transparently

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • 10 years of product management experience or equivalent relevant experience
  • Demonstrated technical and data fluency, including partnering with engineering and data teams on instrumentation, data quality, and analytics workflows
  • Proficiency in Structured Query Language (SQL), including the ability to query data, validate metrics, and diagnose analytical issues
  • Experience specifying and delivering dashboards and visual analytics, including measures, drill-downs, segmentation, and user experience patterns
  • Strong executive communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong business acumen and ability to connect analytics outputs to commercial outcomes
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement
  • Strong prioritization and program/project management capabilities with a track record of on-time delivery
  • Results-oriented approach with demonstrated measurable business impact

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Familiarity with payments, credit card processing, and merchant acquiring environments
  • Experience with Python for data manipulation and root-cause analysis
  • Exposure to applied machine learning or artificial intelligence (for example, anomaly detection, segmentation, or natural-language analytics features)
  • Experience building or scaling business-to-business, platform, or enterprise analytics products
  • Consulting experience (strategy and/or analytics) and/or a master’s degree (for example, business, computer science, mathematics, or related field)
