As a Product Development Specialist – Ingredients, you will be responsible for developing, improving, validating, and implementing ingredient solutions that support DAT-Schaub's product portfolio and customer needs across Europe.
Working closely with Product Management, Sales, Operations, Quality, Procurement, and customers, you will transform ideas into commercially viable solutions while ensuring compliance, technical excellence, and operational feasibility.
You will play a key role in supporting innovation projects, customer developments, industrial trials, and the continuous improvement of ingredient technologies and applications.
We are looking for someone who combines strong technical expertise with curiosity, creativity, and a passion for food innovation.
You enjoy solving technical challenges, working closely with customers and colleagues, and transforming ideas into practical and commercially successful solutions.
You are comfortable working in an international environment and capable of balancing technical requirements, business priorities, and operational realities.
