Why This Role Is Right for You

As a Product Development Specialist, you'll join a collaborative and forward-thinking team based in Rzeszów, Poland Together, we work on developing cutting-edge self-service payment solutions and implementing innovative financing models that transform how customers interact with payment technology.

About Your Future Role

In this position, you will:

• Care of the development of self-service terminal solutions and implement new financing forms, functionalities, and improvements
• Manage independent product projects and take full ownership of outcomes and results
• Collaborate with external partners including self-service device manufacturers, financing institutions, and software providers
• Work cross-functionally with multiple teams across the organization (IT, Sales, Operations, Compliance, and others)
• Analyze competition and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities
• Support the preparation of presentation materials and train sales representatives
• Apply a Customer Centric Mindset, placing customers at the center of all decision-making

Essential Qualifications:

• Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience (preferably in product management, analytics, payments, or fintech)
• Strong project management skills and excellent self-organization
• Independence, creativity, and commitment to delivering assigned tasks
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw meaningful conclusions
• Communicative English proficiency (B1) with willingness to continuously improve
  

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with self-service technologies or payment terminals
• Background in financial services or payment processing
• Familiarity with product lifecycle management methodologies
• Experience working with external vendors and partner management
• Track record of challenging the status quo and driving innovation
