About the Role

The Product Development & Sourcing Specialist will play a key role in identifying, enhancing, and sourcing innovative physical products across categories such as baby items, pet accessories, and home goods. This role is ideal for someone with a hands-on background in tangible product development and supplier coordinationparticularly with manufacturers in China.

Responsibilities

• Suggest ways to improve products (e.g. stronger stitching, collapsible design, better grip)
• Work with Chinese suppliers and factories to develop improved versions
• Request samples, review prototypes, and provide feedback
• Create or revise product specifications based on physical features, dimensions, and packaging needs
• Coordinate with suppliers on production feasibility, costs, and lead times
• Help us create products that are more functional, durable, or space-efficient

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of hands-on experience in physical product development or product design
• Strong background working with real-world products (not software, beauty, or formulation-based items)
• Ability to think creatively about product improvement and usability
• Experienced in working with suppliers, ideally from China
• Can manage sampling and development timelines with attention to detail
• Comfortable using basic tools to document specs (Google Sheets, slides, or sketches)

Language Proficiency

• Fluent in Thai
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
