Job Title: Lead Product Development Project Manager

Location: Gothenburg
Experience Level: Senior (8+ years)

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Product Development Project Manager to drive the successful delivery of engineering-based projects. This role focuses on planning, executing, and overseeing all aspects of complex projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, communicate, and implement operational plans for engineering projects, including infrastructure, facilities, and equipment.
• Prepare designs, project controls, specifications, schedules, cost estimates, and ensure seamless production, transportation, installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Monitor project progress, addressing operational challenges, and minimizing delays.
• Identify, develop, and manage resources required for project completion.
• Develop engineering standards, project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
• Manage the selection of materials, equipment, project staff, and external contractors.
• Provide coaching and guidance to teams on project management best practices.
• Lead large, high-complexity projects with significant impact on the business.
• Analyze and solve complex problems with minimal oversight.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in product development project management.
• Proven ability to manage high-complexity projects end-to-end.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in coaching and delegating to team members.
• Project Management Certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
