Job Title: Product Development Officer (work in Shenzhen)
About the Company
Our Client is a leading manufacturer and supplier of equipment and chemicals for metal surface treatment (plating). They are seeking a Product Development Officer to join their team in Shenzhen.
Work Location: Shenzhen, China
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM 5:30 PM
Salary: up to CNY 40K/M
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct research and development of plating chemicals and related technologies
Enhance and improve surface treatment processes to meet customer and industry requirements
Provide technical expertise and support to production teams and customers
Prepare reports and documentation for development projects
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve technical challenges and drive product innovation
Requirements:
Hands-on experience in plating development is a MUST, OR PhD qualification in Chemistry (Inorganic/Organic)
Higher diploma, associate degree, or above in a relevant discipline
Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivation, and continuous learning mindset
