Job Location Commercial Sewing, Inc. - Torrington, CT 06790

Are you a problem-solving, results-driven engineer with a passion for optimizing manufacturing processes? We’re looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to play a key role in our Product Development Process, ensuring efficient production of high-quality products while maintaining cost control.

What You’ll Do:

✅ Collaborate with engineers, operations teams, and management to optimize manufacturability

✅ Establish, document, and maintain manufacturing processes and Bills of Operation in ERP (Epicor)

✅ Ensure data accuracy and support production floor activities

✅ Participate in daily engineering and project team meetings

✅ Work hands-on with CAD software (SolidWorks preferred) to enhance designs

What You’ll Need:

🔹 Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience

🔹 5+ years of manufacturing experience

🔹 Strong understanding of CAD software (SolidWorks preferred)

🔹 Knowledge of manufacturing processes, cost control, and quality assurance

🔹 Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and time management skills

🔹 Passion for innovation, teamwork, and continuous improvement
