What you´ll do

• Lead AME equipment PD teams & steer technical resources to deliver key innovation programs in alignment with business priorities.
  
• Manage overall equipment projects work in the group for reporting, deadlines, decisions with all stakeholders of project team and FTE utilization. Develop and maintain the technology roadmap and project portfolio.
  
• Foster teamwork and collaboration, coach, develop, motivate, and sustain a high performing team.
  
• Managing safety/5S and ensuring safe and efficient operation of the equipment PD labs.
  
• Support digitalization transfer activities for China innovation team.

What makes you a good fit

• Work experience: > 10 years’ experience in equipment relevant development, design and application experience. Adhesive or coating application relevant equipment development and design experience preferred.
  
• People management experience in technical team is preferred.
  
• Education background: MS or BS in Mechanical or electrical engineering
  
• Strong data analysis and project management capability.
  
• Good English language skill in both speaking and writing.
